Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (if provided), and authentication details from your sign-in method (email verification or Google OAuth).

When you use the create flow, we process product or website URLs you submit, images extracted or uploaded from those pages, and your creative choices (style, language, hooks, scenarios, resolution, etc.).

When you subscribe or buy credits, payment is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We automatically collect usage data such as credit balances, generation history, IP address, browser type, and timestamps to operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

How we use your information

To generate AI storyboards and video ads using third-party AI providers (including KIE AI).

To manage your account, SeedCredits, subscriptions, and billing.

To send transactional emails (verification, receipts, service notices) via our email provider.

To archive completed videos to cloud storage when configured, so you can download them from your dashboard.

To detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

We share only what is necessary with trusted processors:

• Stripe — payments and subscription management
• KIE AI — AI analysis, storyboard, and video generation
• Google — optional OAuth sign-in
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare R2 (when enabled) — video file storage

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our data-processing agreements where applicable.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated videos and generation metadata are retained so you can access them from your dashboard unless you request deletion.

Credit transaction logs are kept for billing and dispute resolution.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing admin@seedads.net from your registered address.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and locale preferences. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
